About The Team
The Restaurant Operations team is focused on driving success for all restaurant partners across the Uber Eats platform.
Our mission is to improve the quality and variety of restaurants available to consumers at affordable prices, while making Uber Eats the preferred platform for restaurants in Australia.
We do this by equipping our partners with innovative tools, data-driven insights, and operational best practices - enabling them to grow their businesses, improve performance, and expand their reach.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operator with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
You\'ll work across functions, manage strategic initiatives end to end, and continuously look for ways to enhance the tools, incentives, and support we provide our partners - all in service of building stronger, more successful restaurant relationships.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
