**About this position**

The Don Russell Performing Arts Centre (DRPAC) is the City of Gosnells' premier theatre venue, hosting over 100 shows and events annually. This modern facility draws over 25,000 patrons each year with a diverse range of experiences, from in-house productions and community events to national tours featuring top professional companies and headline acts.

In this role, you will work closely with the Coordinator DRPAC to plan, organise and deliver an exciting calendar of events. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to promote the annual program. From creating engaging social media content to maintaining DRPAC's web presence, you will play a pivotal role in driving ticket sales and ensuring vibrant community participation.

**What we are looking for**

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in developing and delivering community-based services and programs
- Experience creating digital content over multiple platforms
- Strong relationship management skills, working with diverse groups
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use sound judgement

**Essential requirements**
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate

**Desirable requirements**
- Qualification or suitable experience in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media or similar
