Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Engagement Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the community cricket program, you will be working with local schools and communities to promote and deliver cricket programs.

About the Role

  • You will assist in promoting sustainable participation outcomes and optimizing the cricket experience for school participants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and School Ambassadors to spread the love of cricket and run engaging programs.
  • Lead fun cricket clinics and activities in schools, providing a clear path for students to join community cricket clubs and competitions.
  • Train School Ambassadors and other school program leaders to inspire students to get involved in cricket development programs.
  • Plan and run exciting Woolworths Cricket Blast School Cups for local primary schools.
  • Collaborate with Regional Cricket Managers to ensure accurate participation data is recorded in the CRM system.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Effective communication skills to express ideas and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Skill in building and maintaining relationships with others.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • A valid WA driver's license and reliable transportation.
