This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with workers on the floor while also ensuring compliance with WHS standards and company requirements.Key Responsibilities:Conduct workplace inspections and hazard identification.Lead risk assessments and recommend practical control measures.Investigate incidents, prepare reports and follow through on corrective actions.Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training sessions.Monitor and review safe work procedures and permits to work.Maintain WHS records, registers and compliance documentation.Support the rollout of safety initiatives and improvement projects.Coach and engage supervisors and employees to strengthen safety culture.About YouCert IV in Work Health & Safety (or working towards).
