Quest Toowoomba is a 74 room property located in Toowoomba CBD. The property opened in 2015 and is a market leader and award-winning property attracting a diverse customer base, but predominantly corporate customers.

We are on the lookout for a new live in two-person management couple/team to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Franchisee, this is a hands-on position working alongside our dedicated team in a leadership role. The role involves managing all day-to-day operational functions of the business in line with the established Quest brand, model and procedures, and statutory requirements. Our expectation is that one person will be skilled in maintenance and housekeeping, whilst the second persons skill set will encompass front office reception, sales and conferencing and associated human resources.

Will have demonstrated success in a prior senior role in a hotel (e.g. Hotel Manager or Front Office Manager) and demonstrate an ability to inspire a team to achieve sales outcomes, deliver positive guest experiences, and align with the proven Quest brand, model and procedures.

First-rate communication, leadership and planning skills are essential, as is the ability to flex between strategic planning and hands-on operational activities.

The successful applicants will be required to live onsite and will be on call to provide afterhours assistance to our guests 7 days per week - including weekends and public holidays.

This role is the perfect steppingstone for a team who aspires to own their own hotel in the future.
