We are seeking a dedicated Site Operations Manager for the Darling Downs region (Toowoomba). **The Position**:

- Oversee staff and daily operations in a high-paced Defence site.
- Manage cost control and provide accurate financial reporting.
- Drive a proactive safety culture through innovative initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and operational regulations.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service by fostering strong connections with personnel, enhancing their experience through attention to detail and consistency.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams and achieve KPIs.
- Experienced in financial management, reporting, and quality management systems.
