Operational Partnership Opportunity

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced couple to fill a live-in management role within our team.
  • The successful applicants will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational functions of the business, ensuring seamless delivery of services and maintaining high standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in senior roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management;
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve sales outcomes and deliver exceptional guest experiences;
  • Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team;
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
