**About the role**

An exciting and immediate opportunity for a Receptionist to join our established Services team based in our Adelaide plant. Offering a permanent full-time role, 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

You will be our concierge for visitors, clients, and customers and create a positive and professional image for MCC and support the smooth functioning of the organisation. A great opportunity to develop & progress in your career and be an integral part of MCC's world class premium label solutions. Responsibilities include:

- Welcome visitors and arrange catering
- Management of switchboard: answer and direct and take messages
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information about MCC, our products, services, and other relevant details
- Manage appointments for clients or employees, update calendars, and ensuring proper communication regarding any scheduling changes
- Ensure reception area is neat, tidy and, organised, creating a welcoming professional atmosphere
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, order processing, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
- Monitor access to the building or office, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed
- Coordinate deliveries and courier services: receive and handle deliveries and coordinate with courier services
- Problem-solving: handle minor complaints or issues from visitors or clients, and escalate as necessary
- Collaborate with other teams to facilitate effective communication and support daily operations
- Keep a track of visitor logs, appointments, and other relevant records as required.
- Support the QA team

**About you**
- Intermediate skill level for the Microsoft Office suite (especially outlook, word & excel)
- Working proficiency of PCs & the windows operating system
- Familiarity with basic office software, phone systems, & other relevant tools
- Able to do basic formulas & troubleshooting in excel e.g. filters, sorting, worksheets & auto summing
- Year 10 secondary schooling or above
- Great organisational and time management skills as well as good written communication
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team
- A passion and excellent customer service & a can-do attitude
- Flexible & adaptable to change as well as proactive & initiative driven nature
- Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly & find solutions
- Ensuring accuracy in record-keeping & handling information
- Professional demeanour: present a positive & approachable attitude towards visitors & clients.
- Able to sit for long periods & walk up/ down stairs
- Ability to see all colours (no colour vision concerns)
- Eligible Australian working rights.
