We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a small boutique accounting firm based in **Norwood, SA** on a permanent basis. The Receptionist will be the "face" of the business and will need to have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage the client's needs in a friendly, presentable and professional way.
- Permanent Part-time - 30 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday
- 8:30-4:00 pm (can be flexible 9:00-4:00 pm)

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of these role include:

- Managing the reception desk - including: answering and redirecting phone calls, greeting customers, taking payments and making appointments
- Check and record all information and data into ASIC Portal/ATO Portal
- Collect mail from post office
- Collate and prepare bills for tax returns
- Setup new clients into the system

**Experience Required**
- MUST have minimum 12 months RECENT experience as a Receptionist in a professional setting
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Proactive approach with a 'can do' attitude'
- Experience with XERO is highly advantageous but not essential
