Who are we?

Since 1966, Smithfield Collision Repair Centre has been one of the largest, well-respected and award winning crash repairs in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.

Position

We are seeking a permanent part-time Receptionist to join our Administration Team at our family owned and run business in Adelaide's northern suburbs.

We are seeking someone available Monday to Friday, approx 28-32 hours per week (to be negotiated with the right candidate). No late nights or weekends required.

Experience in the motor industry is an advantage, but not required. Juniors are also encouraged to apply.

Immediate start available.

Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

  • Greeting customers, insurance assessors and visitors
  • Answering phone calls/queries, or directing calls to the relevant personnel
  • Actioning and responding to emails or directing them to the relevant personnel
  • Receiving customer payments
  • Entering customer details into our quoting system
  • Entering invoices/bills into Xero
  • Checking in vehicles being dropped off for repair
  • Contacting insurance companies to book assessments, confirm claim/customer details
  • Any other miscellaneous administration tasks

This role is best suited to a reliable person seeking part-time employment, Monday to Friday (no weekends or late nights).
