**Maintenance Administrator**

**About the Role**

An opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Administrator to join the Lake Macquarie team, this role is available in a **Permanent Part-Time** capacity, with 50 hours per fortnight available.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the administration of the maintenance department, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standard.

In this role you will report to the Regional Maintenance Manager while working alongside a highly experienced team providing you with the support and guidance required to complete your tasks successfully.

**About You**

Essential Criteria:

- Qualification in health & safety or administration
- High level of understanding and maintaining confidentiality
- Proven ability to create positive working relationships
- Proven computer literacy preferably with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently and within timeframes.
- Proven attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

Highly Desirable:

- Experience in a hospital administration or maintenance role

**Remuneration**

**$29.62** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
