In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering individuals to find their next success story.
The Role
As a Career Transition Advisor, you will work one-on-one with clients, providing guidance and support throughout their career journey.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
Conducting detailed one-on-one consultations to understand each person's unique skills, experience, and career goals.
Helping clients identify transferable skills and explore new career paths.
Providing hands-on support with resume and cover letter writing,
Conducting mock interviews and providing constructive feedback to boost confidence.
Assist in delivering workshops on a range of topics, including job search strategies, networking, and personal branding.
Offering tools and resources to support job searching and career planning
Staying up-to-date with current job market trends and industry demands to provide the most relevant advice.
Maintaining detailed records of client progress and outcomes.
About You
The ideal candidate will have :
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in career counseling, human resources, or recruitment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A high degree of empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
Familiarity with various career assessment tools and job search platforms.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
