As a result of company growth and in anticipation of more, we are currently looking to appoint a Customer Care Coordinator to be based in our Brisbane or Melbourne office, to assist us in our pursuit to create exceptional value to our customers and the community.

**The Role**:
In this role you will contribute to the values driven, highly professional and ethical delivery of services to Assure customers through the provision of customer care services by maintaining and growing a portfolio of small business accounts (up to 300) and by providing various administrative support to the wider Customer Care team to support delivering on targets.

**The work will include**:
Servicing and managing a small portfolio of non-face-to-face small to medium sized customers

Managing new business enquiries from small to medium sized organisations

Providing administrative support to the wider Customer Care team to support delivering on targets

Responding to incoming requests and enquiries regarding Assure's products and services

Collecting information required for bid proposal compilation, and assisting in the preparation of tenders, proposals and new business presentations

Assisting in the preparation of ad-hoc reporting

Assisting in the coordination of customer related activities including Awareness Sessions and attendance at health expos
