Care Services Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our aged care facility.
Key responsibilities include general office and reception duties, document preparation, records management, visitor coordination, resident admissions, finance tasks, recruitment activities, roster coordination, and quality assurance activities.
Requirements- A qualification in business administration or relevant experience in aged care administration
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Competence using administrative systems and Microsoft Office
- A meaningful role in a purpose-driven environment

Responsibilities:
- General office duties including document preparation, records management and visitor coordination
- Supporting the resident admissions process
- Handling finance tasks such as supplier onboarding and petty cash reconciliation
- Assisting with recruitment activities
- Coordinating rosters and managing staff replacements
- Participating in quality assurance activities
Qualifications and Skills:
