Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the maintenance of systems and processes in our aged care facilities. This role requires a registered or enrolled nurse with current AHPRA registration, knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Standards, Guidelines, and Regulations, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Supporting Residence Managers in maintaining accurate auditing and reporting.

  • Contributing to quality improvement processes and assisting in preparation for accreditation visits by the Quality Agency.

  • Actioning as a mentor to Managers and Staff in developing their understanding of aged care quality and compliance.

  • Providing education to staff regarding the Accreditation Standards and other quality issues.
