We are currently seeking a talented **Sponsorship and Event Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our National Sponsorship Manager to deliver exceptional sponsorship activations and events.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead various initiatives, including but not limited to:
**Key areas of responsibility**:
Planning, Leading, Executing, Reporting
- Lead NAPA Sponsorship Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of NAPA sponsorship activations, ensuring maximum brand exposure and engagement.
- Lead Crew and Store Engagement Integration: Develop strategies to seamlessly integrate sponsorships and events with crew and store engagement activities, fostering a cohesive brand experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate trade activities effectively within our Repco Supercars Championship partnerships, maximising mutual benefits.
- Lead and execute key partnership activities, including contractual benefits.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to work with existing partners to generate brand exposure
- Provide support to other GPC businesses with their sponsorship and event Integration.
- Lead onsite activations across all major events, predominately Supercars and enthusiast events to create memorable experiences for fans and our staff.

**About you**:

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in working with agencies (desirable)
- Ability to adapt to a quick moving environment with new ideas, concepts and ways of executing content being our main focus.
