Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand & Sponsorship Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand management, creating memorable experiences, establishing meaningful partnerships, strategic execution, and event sponsorship.

Purpose of the Role

The Brand & Sponsorship Marketing Specialist will support the delivery of brand campaigns and sponsorship strategies, primarily for Repco and NAPA. The role involves aligning activities with market insights, consumer research, and business objectives to enhance brand perception and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support brand campaigns based on market insights and consumer research.
  • Collaborate with Tactical and Catalogue teams to realize brand concepts.
  • Ensure brand positioning and messaging are consistent across all platforms.
  • Assist in executing brand initiatives in accordance with brand guidelines and licensing.
  • Manage sponsorship activities within the Repco Supercars Championship partnerships, maximizing mutual benefits.
  • Oversee NAPA sponsorship activations for brand exposure and engagement.
  • Develop strategies for integrating sponsorships with crew and store engagement activities.
  • Lead content event planning and execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate sponsorship event performance to optimize future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and event partners.
  • Partner with social, digital, and execution teams to leverage sponsorship opportunities.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing and/or sponsorship, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting large-scale brand campaigns and sponsorships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights to adapt strategies.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
