The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Operational Services Team in a full-time capacity, based at our West Perth office. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of frontline leadership positions and blue-collar roles, with a strong focus on Supervisors and Superintendents across shutdown, maintenance, and operational functions. This includes sourcing high-calibre candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and supporting workforce planning for critical leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the recruitment of various white- and blue-collar job rolesAdvertise and source candidates on a range of platformsAssist in recruitment campaigns targeted at business objectivesShortlist candidates using correct methods including references, phone screening, face-to-face interviews or background checksCollect and ensure candidates possess appropriate tickets, certificates and licencesUse Warrikal and Client systems (JobAdder & OPMS) for recruitment and onboardingEngage with leadership to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders Leverage internal recruitment metrics to help shape and influence recruitment outcomes Manage and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needsProvide regular reports and data to shape future recruitment and business decisions
About You
Eligible to work in AustraliaHold an Australian recognised qualificationMinimum three (3) years' experience in a similar positionRecruitment experience within the mining and resources sector preferredHave a professional approach to recruiting the right people for the right rolesProven experience in broad sourcing strategies with the ability to influence outcomesThrive in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage priorities Enjoy a dynamic work environment with ability to adapt and change as requiredAble to maintain a high standard of work including administration, customer service, and compliance
