An opportunity to make a difference as an experienced recruitment advisor with not for profit

Our client is seeking the support of an experienced recruitment advisor to join their HR team at their Eastern Suburbs based WA Head office.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for managing the entire end to end recruitment process.
- Advertising and proactive sourcing
- Prescreening and short-listing
- Interviewing and coordinating the process
- Providing references, police clearance, working with children and other related compliance
- Managing the offer process and raising contracts

This role will suit an individual who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys supporting not for profit or community based organisations with attracting top talent.

It is essential that you are immediately available to commence, can demonstrate your ability to successfully recruit at differing levels, and possess strong attention to detail and the ability to manage an ATS system.
