Working as part of the delivery team on a large-scale excavation and earthworks package in Sydney, you'll will be responsible for safe, efficient, and accurate operation of heavy plant and equipment to achieve project milestones.
Great opportunity to join a contractor with a large excavation team working on a $20m+ excavation package.
Responsibilities
Operate excavators and other plants to complete bulk earthworks, detailed excavation, and trenching works.
Ensure that you comply with WHS standards, site safety procedures, and environmental controls.
Undertake excavation works in proximity to live services with care and precision.
Coordinate with Supervisors, Engineers, Surveyors, and fellow operators.
Optimise machine use to meet program and productivity targets while minimising rework.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience operating an excavator
Construction Safety Induction (White) card
Ideally worked on large sites with 20+ excavators
Strong financial analysis and administrative focus
