The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced excavator operator skilled in working around live assets. The role offers variety and includes:

  • Operation of excavators from 2.5 to 8 tonnes
  • Excavating around water, gas, or electrical assets
  • General labouring such as site preparation, onsite support, and civils
  • Operating machinery like skid steer, front end loader, and backhoe

We offer a competitive remuneration package with regular overtime. Suitable backgrounds include:

  • Pipe maintenance, including reactive water main repairs, pipe laying, plumbing, gas, and water main renewals
  • NBN or electrical industries involving excavation around live assets
  • Individuals interested in breaking into the industry are encouraged to apply

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Valid Drivers Licence (MR or HR preferred) and Excavator Operator ticket
  • Experience excavating around live assets and operating machinery
  • OHS Construction Induction Card (White card)
  • Ability to work across Greater Adelaide
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude, team player
  • Focus on safety

Pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing and criminal check are required. Confined spaces training will be provided if necessary.
