**The Role**:
As the business matures, they want to ensure they create and foster a culture of learning and ongoing development. The ICT industry evolves rapidly and keeping ahead is critical to competing and delivering genuine value to their customers. Managing talent, and capability has always been a priority for the group and this role will build some foundations in learning and capability and review and enhance their policies and practices around this. Design and embed frameworks/systems that drive capability growth, skills development, leadership development - you are someone who is passionate about this work.

**About You**:

- Degree qualified HR, Business, Psychology or related
- Demonstrated experience as Talent and Capability specialist in a multi-divisional business
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and work with competing priorities
- A positive, proactive, and practical approach
