Training Capability Lead

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large and diverse teams, executing to multiple domains and capabilities. This role requires strategic planning and capability development covering people, process, and tools aspects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of training specialists across the business.
- Drive competency development for training professionals.
- Provide recommendations on tools, technologies, and standards adoption.

Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery.
- At least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment, preferably within a military setting.
- Proven expertise in analysing and designing training curricula and developing training media.
