This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about supporting users and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues.Manage and resolve incidents via our IT ticketing system within SLAs.Deliver clear, user-friendly technical guidance.Perform system maintenance, updates, and security enhancements.Deploy and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.Maintain documentation and contribute to our internal knowledge base.Support after-hours systems and ensure service continuity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.Mentor junior staff and support team development.Uphold HSEQ standards and company values.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.Minimum 4 years in a similar IT support role.Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Valid C Class Driver's Licence.What We're Looking ForA team player with a proactive mindset.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.Why Join Us?
