**Organisational Profile**

Our client is a high performing, global business within the FMCG industry who have recently expanded into the US. Australian owned and founded, our client has developed a strong foothold in their market with incredible growth forecasted. An excellent opportunity has become available for a self motivated and passionate Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team in a temporary capacity.

**About the role**

Working in a stand alone Accounts Receivable/Credit Officer role, you will be responsible for managing the relationships of their key accounts. You will be reporting into the Financial Accountant and your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Daily receipts reconciliation between bank statements, remittance advice and sales invoices
- Credit notes
- Monitoring outstanding debtor balances, sending customer statements and actively collecting outstanding balances
- Generating weekly debtors list with comments for management review
- Responding to auditor's queries and collating data as needed
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure the agreed tasks are prioritised and executed within the requested timeframe (both internally and externally)
- General administration and adhoc duties when required
- Experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong people and communication skills
- Ability work in a high volume/ high performing environment
- High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Intermediate skills in excel; includes knowledge of basic formulas such as vlookups and pivot tables
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
