Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

A leading national business is seeking an experienced and motivated accounts receivable officer to join their team based in Laverton North.

This exciting opportunity offers flexibility and variety within your role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Our client has almost 100 years of expertise in their field, Australia wide.

  • Manage a debtors ledger of national accounts
  • Daily reconcile accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding debt
  • Provide high level customer support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Allocate and receipt payments
  • Review and set up new accounts and customers, including credit checks
  • Collaborate in strategic planning and process improvement
  • Report duties and ad-hoc tasks

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar accounts receivable role and attributes such as:
