**About the role**
This is a role that will provide an engaging learning experience to develop and prepare students to become work-force ready. It is a full-time position for end-to-end Training and Assessment through blended and flex study learning. Trainers will be able to create their own schedules in line with their students' availability and requirements.

You are keen to share your passion, experience and knowledge of the industry to a vast cohort of students ready to gain skills and qualifications to help make their mark in the community.
- Passion for making a positive impact on others
- Motivated by seeing progress and success of your students
- Current TAE Cert IV Training and Assessment
- Qualified to deliver Cert III Individual Support and Cert IV in Ageing Support/Disability
- Currency in industry experience and ability to maintain professional development
- Current or willing to obtain Blue Card and National Police clearance checks
