Trainer and Assessor Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join our team delivering the Certificate III in Individual Support to job seeker students. We are looking for experienced trainers and assessors who share their principles in assisting their students achieve their vocational goals through high standards of educational training and classroom-based support.

This casual position offers 2-3 days per week, with potential to move into full-time down the track, covering classroom days in North Lakes.

To be successful:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 + TAELLN411 / TAA40116)
  • Certificate III Individual Support (CHC33015)
  • Industry experience is essential
  • Training experience with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is preferred
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated individual with a flexible and adaptable attitude in a diverse work environment
  • Dynamic trainer able to engage all learner types and levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Valid Working with Children's Check
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
