The Allied Health Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or those nearing graduation to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
">Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of participants and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a person-centred framework.
- Provide support and guidance to participants, helping them achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide referrals and consultations.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting teamwork and communication among participants.
- Supervise placement students, mentoring them in their professional development.
- Work full-time in Wagga Wagga or outreach locations (Griffith, Tumut), providing care and support to those in need.
- Participate in daily peer-to-peer learning and multidisciplinary collaboration, staying up-to-date with best practices and research.
- You must have the right to work in Australia and be eligible to graduate in early-mid 2026 with AHPRA registration.
- Recent graduation or eligibility to graduate within the last 2 years is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work as an Allied Health Assistant until graduation is also required.
- A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are essential, or willingness to obtain is necessary.
- A competitive base starting salary of $78,000 awaits successful candidates.
- Graduate incentive payments at 6, 12, and 24 months of service will be rewarded, totaling $4,000–$6,500 depending on location.
