Reporting into the Merchandise Planner and working with the Buyer, your contribution is key to the success of the business by ensuring correct allocation of stock to stores, in the right quantity at the right time.Areas of ResponsibilityEnsuring each store receives optimal stock levels.Identifying opportunities to increase sales through changes in product allocation.Liaising with the planning and buying team to launch new product with allocations based on store budgets, layout and VM quantities.Daily review of replenishment levels to maximise stock availability in line with sales trends.Stock analysis.Weekly reporting.General administrative duties required to support the team.Who You AreExperience in allocations and replenishment in a Retail environment is advantageous but not essential.Strong attention to detail, analytics and an inquisitive mindset.Ability to problem solve creatively and contribute positively in a fast paced, high-volume business.Live and breathe our company values: Teamwork, Accountability, Excellence, Integrity and Make it Happen.Why Join UsA highly supportive team environment.Fantastic career advancement opportunities.Generous Staff Discounts.Access to Sonder Employee Assistant Program.Novated car leasing options.We encourage you to apply for this opportunity and take the next step in your Retail career
