**Guest Service Agent (Casual)**

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our busy front desk team at Great Eastern Motor Lodge team on a casual basis.

The property is managed by leading Adelaide based management company 1834 Hotels. Great Eastern Motor Lodge boasts 198 rooms. There are a mix of hotel suites & one
- and two-bedroom apartments available, suitable for those looking for a relaxing weekend, business trip or extended stay.

We are currently looking to grow our team of skilled Guest Service Agents:

- 'C' class Driver's licence with completed Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) Authority. "Not Essential"
- A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work with a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in a hotel front office.
- Exceptional customer service skills; including friendly customer service demeanour.
- Proven ability to be a proactive individual with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for exceeding guest expectations and providing a high standard of guest service.
- A strong eye for detail and a focus on accuracy of work.
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
- Previous RMS Cloud experience is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional personal presentation and grooming and
- A strong appreciation and compliance of workplace safety.
- Availability to working a spread of shifts over a 7-day roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.25 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
