- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Some experience in rostering/scheduling
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for rostering and payroll entry
- Ensure all administrative/ clerical duties are completed in a professional and timely manner
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements
- Full work rights in Australia
