The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a diverse range of customers.You will be provided with training and will work towards advancing to a Mobile Service Technician.
You will report to the Operations Manager.General TasksSupport the daily operation of the Hose Service CentreLearn hose assembly, Machine/Weld, and pipe-bending proceduresAttend to customers' needs at the counter and on the phonePerform data entry and stock control dutiesPick-up and deliver goods as requiredYouTo be considered for this position, you will ideally have:A strong understanding of customer serviceGood telephone mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to carry out instructions effectivelyKnowledge of the industry or similar fieldMechanical backgroundAbility to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices accuratelyCurrent Manual Driver's LicenseComputer literacy, along with good literacy and numeracy skillsWell-presented and groomed appearanceStrong work ethic and pride in workmanshipAbility to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and solve problemsDesire to be a team playerAn understanding of WHS and Safe Work PracticesCurrently living in, near, or willing to relocate to DandenongHow to ApplyPlease email your resume and cover letter to the Centre Manager.
