Job Details
  • Location: Derrimut, Melbourne (Static Site)
  • Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off | 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Start Date: Roles opening from August 25 onwards
  • Vacancies: Multiple positions available (only shortlisted candidates will be contacted)

What You'll Do – Shift Technician Role
  • Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (HV & LV systems, HVAC plant/equipment)
  • Monitoring BMS systems for performance and alarms
  • Addressing on-site Electrical issues
  • Conducting building inspections and reading utility meters (UPS, PDU's, etc.)
  • Fault-finding and executing repairs
  • Preparing timely and accurate reports
  • Ensuring work complies with industry regulations
  • Building strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders

What You'll Need
  • Valid Electrical License Victoria/Grade A None restricted electrical license
  • Minimum Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrical
  • Valid OH&S cards - optional
  • Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems- Nice to have
  • Australian Citizenship – required for NV1 Clearance
  • White Card – optional but preferred
