Director - Allied Health Full Time Role
This senior leadership position is based in Maitland or Tamworth. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services that make a difference in people's lives.
You will drive growth and innovation of allied health services, contribute to the executive leadership team, and champion person-centred, trauma-informed and positive behaviour support practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and inspire a skilled team
Forge partnerships to expand services and deliver meaningful outcomes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to strengthen service delivery
Provide clinical and operational leadership, supervision and support to allied health staff
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health or related discipline
3–5 years' experience in a management role within Allied Health or Community Services
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop services and manage budgets
Strong knowledge of community services, health frameworks and policy development
