We are seeking an experienced Director to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, evidence-based services that positively impact lives across communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Allied Health teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships to enhance service delivery
  • Provide clinical and operational leadership, supervision, and support to Allied Health staff
  • Contribute to executive leadership and organisational strategic planning

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years' experience in a management role within Allied Health or Community Services
  • Proven track record in leading teams, developing services, and managing resources
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
