Job Title: Senior Allied Health Professional

There is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Allied Health professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to achieving clinical excellence in the Northern Beaches region.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Allied Health professionals, delivering high-quality patient care, and collaborating with hospital executives to develop and implement strategies for sustainable financial management and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Allied Health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with hospital executives to develop and implement strategies for sustainable financial management and service improvement.
  • Provide strategic advice on the development, effectiveness, and improvement of Allied Health services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in service planning and clinical service delivery for Allied Health.
  • Ability to lead and manage change, encourage innovation, and redesign clinical services.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working at an executive level.
