We are seeking enthusiastic Allied Health Assistants/Students to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for health and wellbeing, injury prevention and assisting others in their recovery.

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will be required to work across multiple office locations, gaining relevant hands-on experience and exploring the day-to-day workings of rehabilitation consulting.

  • Take ownership of administrative support functions for the rehabilitation team
  • Be subject matter expert for referral management systems (training provided)
  • Assist with general administration activities to support the wider business and immediate team
  • Conduct physical pre-employment health assessments
  • Produce written reports
  • Support senior consultants with treatment plans and case management
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience

We require applicants to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Working towards or hold Allied Health qualifications - Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
