As an Associate Manager, you will prepare balance sheet and statistical reports for external regulators, maintain updated documentation to support annual regulatory audits, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Your role will involve engaging with internal stakeholders, analysing data to drive decision-making, and participating in process improvements to ensure adherence to control standards and regulatory compliance.What You OfferPrevious experience in financial services or investment banking, preferably with knowledge of regulatory reporting, data, accounting, and regulatory reporting systems and processesTechnical accounting and regulatory knowledge, including AASs and APRA reporting standardsProficiency in systems such as Fusion ledger and Axiom, and excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTertiary degree in Business or CommerceProfessional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA is desirable.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About Banking and Financial ServicesBanking and Financial Services is our technology-driven retail bank.
