We are seeking a skilled individual to collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
As part of our global financial services group operating in 31 markets, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.
Your role will involve preparing balance sheet and statistical reports for external regulators, maintaining updated documentation, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- You should have previous experience in financial services or investment banking, preferably with knowledge of regulatory reporting, data, accounting, and regulatory reporting systems and processes.
- Strong technical accounting and regulatory knowledge, including AASs and APRA reporting standards, is essential.
- Proficiency in systems such as Fusion ledger and Axiom, along with excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, are required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail are necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
- A tertiary degree in Business or Commerce is preferred.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA are desirable but not essential.
