Job Description

  • This is a pivotal role that plays a key part in coordinating our people programs, reporting to the Head of Talent and Development.

About You

  • We are seeking someone with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience within L&D and/or Human Resources is preferred.
  • Experience in design or learning and communication tools and resources is beneficial.
  • Aptitude and eagerness to develop L&D and generalist HR skills and to contribute across the people teams are essential.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail are required.

Purpose of the Role

  • To provide support and coordination of leader development programs, including calendar invitations, venue, logistics, program materials, and catering related to these programs.
  • To develop learning and communication content, processes, and tools ensuring they align with business needs and adult learning principles.
  • To plan and coordinate the annual L&D program roll out within each function and region by working with key stakeholders in the business and P&P.
  • To assist with annual training reporting requirements through data collection, analysis and report submission.
  • To maintain and update training records in the LMS or other systems to manage and track training attendance.
  • To manage and update the P&P team site and internal L&D intranet page.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Performance team.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating various programs, designing learning content, and delivering this through a range of delivery methods.
