We help experts become true specialists and provide the long-term structure and platform to accelerate their success.Job DescriptionAs a key member of Colliers' Valuations team, you will provide detailed valuation advice across various retail properties, including shopping centres, supermarkets, large format retail centres, and CBD assets.
Your tasks will include collecting and analysing sales and leasing evidence, completing cash flow models, and delivering timely and accurate valuation and advisory reports.Additionally, you will:Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business insights.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.Assess current market values for properties.Extract and analyse comparable sales evidence appropriately.Collaborate with other divisions within Colliers by seeking and referring opportunities.Support the National Director in achieving individual revenue targets.QualificationsThe successful candidate will report directly to the National Director, who will mentor and support your growth as a valuation professional.
