Unlock the full potential of a career in finance with a leading real asset group. As a Finance Analyst in our Retail business unit, you will play a key role in supporting our team by delivering accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis and reporting.

The Opportunity

You will contribute to the development and preparation of comprehensive Asset Plans across the Retail portfolio, shaping strategic decision-making and driving performance within the broader Real Estate business.

  • Financial Modelling & Valuation: Build and maintain cash flow and internal valuation models to assess key investment metrics, including IRRs, income yield, and capital returns at both asset and portfolio levels.
  • Performance & Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis on leasing, benchmarking, and sensitivity scenarios to support strategic decision-making and portfolio performance reviews.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare accurate and timely property, portfolio, and fund-level reports; develop dashboards and KPIs to visualise key business metrics and trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including valuers and managing agents, to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and strong commercial outcomes.
