Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced valuer to join our team in a key role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Provide expert valuation advice across various retail property sectors, including shopping centres, supermarkets, large format retail centres and CBD assets.
  • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through regular attendance at industry events and functions.
  • Analyse sales data to assess current market values of properties.
  • Identify and extract relevant comparable sales evidence for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Work collaboratively with other divisions to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analysing sales and leasing data, completing financial models and delivering timely and accurate valuation reports.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior director who will provide guidance and mentorship to help you achieve your career goals.
