**Your new company**

This large scale, core federal government department is based in Central Canberra out of a modern office close by to shops and parking.

**Your new role**

The Department has partnered with Hays to assist in finding their newest IT Delivery Manager. As part of a flagship transformation program, you'll be supporting cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of project and program outcomes. Working closely with the Product Manager and the wider team, you'll set the tone for success through team cadence management, scrums, rituals and fostering collaboration.

**What you'll need to succeed**- A strong track record of delivery in complex digital transformations- Demonstrated experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams in complex environments- Ability to manage team budgets and expenditure in large scale transformations- Skilled at forming cohesive and collaborative teams- Adept at managing risk and proactively removing blockers- Evidence-based capability to deliver on time and on budget to tight timeframes- Strong communications skills
- The ability to influence with authority
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- A Baseline Security Clearance (AGSVA)
