We are seeking a skilled
Employment Advocate
to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify their employment goals and develop tailored plans to achieve them.
You will source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles. You will also champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Employment or Human Services and proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively. They will be skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
A strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are also required.

, you will be responsible for:
Sourcing and creating career opportunities for clients
Championing inclusive employment and workforce diversity
Providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
Working closely with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that genuinely fit
