This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you'll be out in the community, engaging with clients, and collaborating with employers to open doors for job opportunities. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by helping them find employment that suits their skills and aspirations.

  • Identify and create career opportunities for clients, matching them to suitable roles that meet their needs.
  • Champion inclusive employment practices, focusing on workforce diversity and equality for people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Develop relationships with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer-client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants by implementing adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Foster employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities for our participants.
  • Promote our organization as a trusted provider of employment services for people with disability.
