About Royal Rehab Group

We're a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering life-changing disability and rehabilitation services. As an Employment Coach, you'll be part of our team that helps people find meaningful employment and build lasting careers.

About The Role

You'll work side-by-side with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into employment. You'll understand their strengths and aspirations, offer tailored coaching, link them to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and create career opportunities for clients
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity
  • Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities
  • Promote Royal Rehab Group as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals
  • Meet or exceed performance benchmarks
  • Champion our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice

About You

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. You may have experience or a genuine passion for employment services. You're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License – essential
