**Delivery Manager**

We have an opportunity for an experienced **Delivery Manager** to join our team and drive the pipeline of new and exciting projects. You will work with Corptec's clients and end users to develop solutions and oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with mínimal disruption.

You will be responsible for successful delivery of service, managing tools and processes, strategy and development to drive project goals with the help of clear deliverables and expectations.

This is a 12-month contract based in Melbourne._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Clarify strategies and plans, communicating a clear sense of direction and purpose for the team
- Ensure focus on quality and continuous delivery while taking ownership of process and outcomes for resolving client issues
- Coordinate and lead reviews, escalations while managing risks and dependencies.
- Assess customer feedback and use your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Build partnerships and liaise with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
- Clear any impediments that may slow down team's progress on a project and set the timelines on which products will be delivered
- Lead collaborative and planning processes, prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
- Manage team dynamics and uphold Corptec's culture of innovation, seeking constructive outcomes in discussions

**Essential Requirements**:

- Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce projects in medium to large organisations
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience adapting broad strategy guidelines into specific team objectives
- Experience coordinating regular forums to address issues, review status and manage key actions within the team
- Ability to influence and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong stakeholder management skills, result-oriented and proactive
- Extensive experience presenting to senior leadership, negotiations and client communications
