Our client is one of Australia's largest health insurers, celebrating diversity is in their DNA.
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to manage organization of key client projects. As a Delivery Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.
Specific Delivery Manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Delivery Manager Requirements Delivery Managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
The purpose of this role is the management of end to end delivery of initiatives associated with this program of work. The role utilizes an agile mindset to drive the evolution of initiatives from concept to reality ensuring the business objectives and key results are achieved.

**Requirements**:
**What you'll need to be successful**:
Looking for a strategic thinker with extensive experience in leading the delivery of complex business outcomes. In addition, you will possess the following:

- Proven experience leading virtual project teams in an Initiative / SCRUM / Project Delivery role.
- 5+ year's delivery experience with emphasis on agile delivery practices and the ability to manage initiatives (projects) concurrently
- Advanced communication skills, including ability to structure a story and communicate with clarity to influence executive audiences.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, negotiate and influence including the ability to balance and manage diverse and conflicting stakeholder interests.
- Ability to deal with complexity, including use of issue-based problem solving and other strategy frameworks to define and solve problems.
- Experience within the healthcare sector or private health insurance is desirable but not essential.
- Expereince with compliance projects is a benefit too
